Canadian Dental Care Plan
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) will help ease financial barriers to accessing oral health care for eligible Canadian residents with an annual adjusted family net income of less than $90,000 who do not have access to dental insurance.
Services covered
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) will help cover the cost of various oral health care services that keep your teeth and gums healthy and treat problems that can happen.
Examples of services that could be covered under the CDCP, as recommended by an oral health provider, includes the following:
preventive services, including scaling (cleaning), polishing, sealants, and fluoride
diagnostic services, including examinations and x-rays
restorative services, including fillings
endodontic services, including root canal treatments
prosthodontic services, including complete and partial removable dentures
periodontal services, including deep scaling
oral surgery services, including extractions
The CDCP will only pay for oral health care services covered within the plan at the established CDCP fees.
If adjusted family net income is:
Lower than $70,000 - 100% of eligible oral health care service costs will be covered at the CDCP established fees.
Between $70,000 and $79,999 - 60% of eligible oral health care service costs will be covered at the CDCP established fees.
Between $80,000 and $89,999 - 40% of eligible oral health care service costs will be covered at the CDCP established fees.

How do I set an appointment?
After you fill out the questionnaire, we will review your answers and set you up with a trusted professional denturist in your area. They will get in contact with you and set the appointment that best fits your schedule.
How long does it take to get my dentures?
A new set of dentures can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete. Your mobile denturist will let you know the approximate time of completion.
What happens if I need servicing after I receive the dentures?
If you require service after the dentures have been delivered, you can get in contact with the denturist that you were dealing with. They will be your main point of contact for up to 90 days after the delivery date.
When will I receive my referral Gift Card?
Once your referral has completed the denture appointments & payment has been completed, it will take up to 48 hours for your $100 Amazon Gift Card to be issued via email. Please be patient and check your email.
